Big Night Ahead (more found-tweet poetry)

Dirty thong on the sidewalk,
spandex in this mall—
Dear Ethan, bring a condom!

One day late, this is poem 19, for day 19 of National Poetry Month. (Today’s poem will appear in a few hours.) Found this nasty little poem in my tweet stream two nights ago.

With thanks to:

Big Bertha @canadian_jane “Dirty thong on the sidewalk, I will write a poem about you” 2:12 AM – 14 Apr 12

Jules Archer @JulesJustWrite “there’s a lot of spandex in this mall.” 7:47 PM – 18 Apr 12

J.A. Pak @JAPak ““I’d reply to that,” Kirsten says. “And it’d be short and simple: Dear Ethan, bring a condom.” http://ow.ly/agU2Z #ebook #kindle” 7:45 PM – 18 Apr 12

J.A.’s tweet links to her recently published ebook, “So Easy To Love”. The cover is lovely; a feast for the eyes:
